In addition to paying a visit to this space as part of your workday routine, here are some other ways to improve and maintain your health while coworking.

  • Stay active throughout the day – In addition to daily exercise, make it a point to stay active during your workday. Get up and walk around our coworking space every hour to stretch your legs and discuss ideas during meetings while walking instead of sitting.
  • Hydrate and nourish your body – Keep water near your coworking spot and drink it regularly throughout your day. Try to include more healthy snacks in your diet, such as fruit, nuts, or yogurt.
  • Manage your mental health – Dedicate a few minutes every day to stepping away from your desk and practicing mindfulness or meditation. You should also limit screen time beyond work by reading more or spending time outside.
  • Foster community connections – Engage with the people using our coworking space throughout the day by taking time to chat and build relationships. You may also want to plan group lunches or after-work events.
  • Set boundaries – Stick to a set work schedule to avoid burnout, and let others know when you need focused time during the day to get things done.
